Oral Presentation
Paper presentation is the oral summary of an accomplished research study of an empirical or theoretical nature.

The presenters are requested to present their papers with only occasional reference to their notes rather than by reading out previously prepared texts. Presentation session is scheduled for 20 minute period (15 mins for presentation and 5 mins for discussion). Presenters are expected to present their papers at the conference. No more than two papers can be submitted by each presenter.  
All meeting rooms are equipped with a PC, a data projector, and internet access. Other technology equipment can be provided upon request.

Poster Presentation
A poster presentation is a visual presentation combining the graphic display of materials with the opportunity for informal individual and/or group discussion of a project, research or a feature of instructional process. A special session will be held for poster presentations where participants will get the opportunity to interact with the authors. Presenters should stand by the poster for explanation and discussion.

Poster display format is as follows:

  • Prepare the poster to fit inside the overall dimensions of 95cm (w) x 120cm (h).
  • Make a sketch of the poster by arranging it in a series of numbered columns or pictures.
  • Use a font size of about 36-42 for section headings and of about 24-28 for text within each section.
  • Write the title, the names of all authors and their institutions and e-mails.
  • Write the text including the aim of the study, method, findings, and conclusion.
  • Keep body text left-aligned only (do not justify).
  • Avoid overloaded information, write concisely.
  • Use pictures, graphs, and tables instead of text where possible.
  • Leave spaces around the text. Don't overcrowd the poster.
